Rory G. Ritrievi With nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Rory Ritrievi has served as president and CEO of Mid Penn Bank and parent company Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc., since 2009. Prior to his current position, Ritrievi served as market president and chief lending officer of Commerce Bank/Harrisburg N.A. An active member of his community, Ritrievi currently serves on the board of the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers and serves as chairman of its legislative committee. He also serves on Bishop McDevitt High School’s strategic planning committee and on Widener School of Law’s advisory group for business law. Throughout his career, Ritrievi has been designated with several honors including Widener University School of Law’s “Distinguished Young Alumni,” Central Penn Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40,” and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s “Man of the Year.” Ritrievi holds a Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.

Michael D. Peduzzi Michael D. Peduzzi joined Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. as chief financial officer in 2016. Prior to joining Mid Penn, Peduzzi served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Codorus Valley Bancorp, Inc. and PeoplesBank of York, Pennsylvania. He is a licensed CPA, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). Peduzzi holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.

Scott W. Micklewright Scott Micklewright joined Mid Penn Bank in 2009 as vice president and senior middle market loan manager. Now serving as executive vice president and chief lending officer, Micklewright manages the bank’s lending portfolio in excess of $850 million. He oversees all lending aspects of the bank including commercial lending, consumer lending, residential lending, cash management and merchant services. Micklewright previously served as a board member and the treasurer of Blue Ridge Country Club in Harrisburg and was honored as a member of the 2010 Multiple Sclerosis Society Leadership Class. Micklewright holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Millersville University.

Kelly K. Neiderer In 2013, Kelly Neiderer joined Mid Penn Bank as senior banking officer. Now in her current role as chief retail officer, Neiderer oversees the bank's retail network, training department and marketing department. With more than 25 years in the financial services industry, Neiderer has held several leadership positions not only in retail, but also in commercial lending, mortgage lending and wealth management. She currently serves as president of the board of directors for The ARC of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC), is on the Cumberland County Affordable Housing Trust Fund Review Board and is also a member of the United Way of Carlisle's campaign cabinet and women's leadership committee. Additionally, Neiderer has been recognized through Central Penn Business Journal's "Top 40 Under 40" and "Women of Influence" award programs. Neiderer holds a bachelor's degree in economics from West Chester University.

Joseph L. Paese Joseph L. Paese joined Mid Penn Bank as Executive Vice President and Director of Trust & Wealth Management in April 2016. With more than 30 years of experience in the trust, investment and wealth management industry, Paese has held leadership roles at both community and regional banks. Paese previously served as managing executive at F.N.B. Corporation and First National Investment Advisors (RIA) and was founder/president & CEO of Legacy Trust Company & Legacy Investment Services in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Paese is licensed as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). He is a graduate of the National Trust and National Graduate Trust School of Northwestern University and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Shippensburg University.

Michael D. Peduzzi Michael D. Peduzzi joined Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. as chief financial officer in 2016. Justin T. Webb Justin Webb has been with Mid Penn Bank since 2012. In his initial role with the bank as chief credit officer, Webb made significant improvements in the areas of asset recovery and credit administration. In 2014, he was named chief risk officer and now oversees compliance, security, loan operations, deposit operations and credit. Webb holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Pittsburgh.

Robert C. Grubic has served as chairman of the board of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. since May 2012. In 1989, Grubic became president and CEO of Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc., a consulting engineering firm based in Harrisburg, PA. He has been employed by the firm and its predecessor firm since 1973. Grubic has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Villanova University and a Master of Administration Degree from The Pennsylvania State University. He serves on numerous civic and community boards and groups in the greater Harrisburg area.
William A. Specht III

William A. Specht III has been a director of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. since 2006 and has been serving as vice chairman of the board since May 2012. In 2005, Specht became president and CEO of Seal Glove Manufacturing, Inc., based in Millersburg, PA. Additionally, he is president of Ark Safety and president of Rescue Remedies, also both based in Millersburg. Specht serves on the boards of directors of all three companies. An active member of the community, Specht currently serves as vice chairman of the Dauphin County Planning Commission and has been involved with several other organizations over the years.

Robert A. Abel has been a director of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. since January 2011. Abel, a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, is a principal and shareholder of Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz in Camp Hill, PA, providing tax, audit and consulting services. He has written many articles and participated in seminars on topics such as estate planning, wealth transfer and financial planning for the closely held corporation. Abel holds a bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University, from which he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils. Abel was previously chairman of the Harrisburg YMCA and assisted in founding a nonprofit organization.

Steven T. Boyer has been a director of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. since January 2011. Boyer is president of the Cutting Tool Divisions of Alvord-Polk, Inc. in Millersburg, PA. He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University’s College of Business. Boyer is a member of the National Aerospace Standards 897 & 898 committees and previously served on the United States Cutting Tool Institute’s board of directors from 2002 to 2007. He has served as a board member of the Maroon & Gold Foundation, as a member of the Millersburg Lions Club, as a director of the Millersburg Area School District’s board and as a head coach of the Millersburg High School Football team.

In 2013, DeSoto became president and CEO of MI Windows and Doors, Inc. in Gratz, PA, where he previously served as Chief Operating Officer. DeSoto previously served on the policy advisory board of the Harvard University Joint Center for Housing Studies and is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization. DeSoto holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from The Pennsylvania State University.

Gregory M. Kerwin has been a director of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. since 1999. In 1975, Mr. Kerwin became an associate, and is now senior partner in the firm of Kerwin & Kerwin, Attorneys at Law in Elizabethville, PA. A large part of the practice of the law firm deals in real estate transactions which involve bank financing. Kerwin has represented hundreds of clients (buyers, sellers and lenders) participating in such transactions. For more than 40 years, Kerwin has represented more than 10 municipal governments and authorities as Solicitor in Northern Dauphin County. Kerwin holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from The Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctor from The Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, PA.

Robert E. Klinger has served as a director of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. since August 2012. He is president of Klinger Lumber Company, Inc. of Elizabethville, PA. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Shippensburg University. From 1979 to 1991, he served as general manager of a family-owned farming operation in Stanfield, AZ. Klinger is a member of the Elizabethville Community Volunteer Association and serves on the executive board of the Elizabethville Area Bicentennial Committee. He previously served as treasurer of the Northern Dauphin Revitalization Project.

Robert J. Moisey has been a director of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. since March 2015. Prior to the merger of Mid Penn Bancorp. Inc. and Phoenix Bancorp, Inc., Moisey served as a director of Phoenix Bancorp, Inc. starting in 2012 and also served as a director of Miners Bank starting in 2011. He and his wife own The Laurels Senior Living, Inc., a family-owned and operated 100 bed personal care home in Hazleton, PA, of which he is president/administrator. Moisey has a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from Kutztown University and a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Kings College. He is also a Certified Personal Care Home Administrator. He previously owned and operated cable television companies, area radio stations, real estate management companies, video and appliance stores, and served on various bank boards, including Greater Pennsylvania Savings & Loan, Pennsylvania National Bank and Legacy Bank. Moisey currently serves on the following boards: Helping Hands Society, Hazleton Animal Shelter, Can Do Executive Committee, Can Do Foundation. He is a member of Elks, Valley Kiwanis, Knights of Columbus and Valley Country Club. He received “Outstanding Citizen” awards from The American Cancer Society, Helping Hands, Tri Area Beverage Association, Lutheran Welfare Services, Hospice, and he has received numerous cable television and broadcasting awards. He received the Boy Scouts Distinguished Citizens Award in 2011 and the Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame Laureate in 2012.

Theodore W. Mowery has been a director of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. since 2003. Mowery is a partner with Gunn Mowery, LLC in Camp Hill, PA. He is a licensed agent in life, health, property and casualty insurance and holds a Securities Series 6 and 63 license. Not only is he a founding partner of Gunn Mowery LLC, but he is also a founding partner of Gaughen Insurance, Inc. and serves as a partner of Gunn Mowery Properties, LLC, a real estate holding company. Mowery is currently a board member of the Lion Foundation. He formerly served as president of the Camp Hill School Board; was formerly president of the Mental Health Association of Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry Counties; and was previously a board member of the West Shore Country Club. Mowery has a bachelor’s degree in health and physical education from Gettysburg College.

John E. Noone has served as a director of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. since August 2012. Noone is a principal of QBN Development Group, LLC in Harrisburg, PA, a full service project development and financing services organization. He is also president of Shamrock Investments, LLC. He began his career in accounting and became a Pennsylvania Certified Public Accountant before entering banking and corporate finance. He was vice president and regional commercial banking manager of Pennsylvania National Bank in Harrisburg, PA. He became an entrepreneur with the acquisition of McCann School of Business in 1993, which after significant growth was sold in late 2002. In 2003, Noone was a co-founder of Higher Education Solutions, LLC and began developing privatized student apartments for colleges and universities. Noone holds a bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in accounting from Marywood University. He also completed the Central Pennsylvania School of Commercial Banking at Bucknell University and the Advanced Commercial Lending School at the University of Virginia. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Noone previously served on the board of the Pennsylvania Economic Development Financing Authority, the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry, Pennsylvania Association of Private School Administrators and various other civic and community organizations. He is currently a member of the operational committee of the Pennsylvania Community Development Bank and serves on the board of governors at the West Shore Country Club.

Noble C. Quandel, Jr. has been a director of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. since March 2015. Prior to the merger of Mid Penn Bancorp. Inc. and Phoenix Bancorp, Inc., Quandel served as a director of Phoenix Bancorp, Inc. starting in 2004. Quandel is chairman and CEO of Quandel Enterprises, Inc. in Harrisburg, PA, a company that provides construction, construction management, engineering and development services in the Mid-Atlantic and Mid-West regions. Quandel is a graduate of Bloomsburg University. He currently serves as vice chair of the board of directors for the Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance (NEPA) and serves on the board of directors of Schuylkill Economic Development Corporation, Keystone Contractors Association, Minersville Area Community Improvement Committee and Trustee of the Schuylkill YMCA. He has been active with Hawk Mountain Council of Boy Scouts of America for more than 25 years and is currently a member of its executive advisory board. In 2002, Quandel was the recipient of the Torch of Liberty Award from the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith.
