Rory G. Ritrievi Rory G. Ritrievi joined Mid Penn Bank and parent company Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. in 2009 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Mid Penn, Mr. Ritrievi served as Market President and Chief Lending Officer of Commerce Bank/Harrisburg. Mr. Ritrievi has over 34 years of experience in the financial services industry and is a licensed, but non-practicing attorney in the state of Pennsylvania. He currently serves on the Advisory Board for Widener Law Commonwealth’s Business Advising Certificate Program and on the Board of Directors of the Harrisburg Area YMCA and is an active member of his community. Mr. Ritrievi holds a Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.

Prior to joining Mid Penn, Mr. Peduzzi served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Codorus Valley Bancorp, Inc. and PeoplesBank of York, PA. He is a licensed CPA, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), and is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers. Mr. Peduzzi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.

Justin T. Webb Justin T. Webb joined Mid Penn Bank in 2012 as Chief Credit Officer. In his current role as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, he oversees the Bank’s administration, operations, credit, security/facilities groups, as well as the Bank’s acquisition transitions. He was previously employed by Bank of America and served as Vice President – Credit Risk Manager for the Commercial Real Estate Bank. Mr. Webb serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region. Mr. Webb holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.

Scott W. Micklewright Scott W. Micklewright joined Mid Penn Bank in 2009 as Vice President and Senior Middle Market Loan Manager. Now serving as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, Mr. Micklewright oversees all aspects of net interest income generation, including all loan and deposit functions. As the primary catalyst to the development of a high performing calling team in commercial lending, cash management, residential mortgage, SBA and agricultural lending, he has built an integrated business development team during his time with Mid Penn. Mr. Micklewright holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Millersville University.

Joseph L. Paese Joseph L. Paese joined Mid Penn Bank as Executive Vice President and Director of Trust and Wealth Management in 2016. With more than 37 years of experience in the trust, investment, estate planning and wealth management industry, Mr. Paese has held leadership roles at both community and regional banks. Mr. Paese previously served as Managing Executive at F.N.B. Corporation and First National Investment Advisors (RIA) with the responsibility and oversight of $4 billion in assets under management. Mr. Paese was the Founder/President & Chief Executive Officer of Legacy Trust Company and Legacy Investment Services in Harrisburg, PA. Mr. Paese is a licensed Certified Financial Planner (CFP). He is a graduate of the National Trust and National Graduate Trust School of Northwestern University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Shippensburg University.

Joan E. Dickinson Joan E. Dickinson, Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff, joined Mid Penn Bank in 2013 as a Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer and later served as a Regional President. Prior to joining Mid Penn, Ms. Dickinson served as a Vice President and Business Banker at Santander Bank. She started her career in banking at the former Meridian Bank in Reading, PA. Ms. Dickinson is very active in the community as a Rotarian and has served on many boards throughout the greater Harrisburg area. Ms. Dickinson has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Moravian College and an MBA from Lehigh University.

Mr. Grubic is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc., a consulting engineering firm based in Harrisburg, PA. He has been employed by the firm and its predecessor firm since 1973. He serves on numerous civic and community boards and groups in the greater Harrisburg area. Mr. Grubic has a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University and a Master of Administration Degree from The Pennsylvania State University.

Ms. Brumbaugh is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Brumbaugh Wealth Management, LLC (formerly known as Brumbaugh Wealth Management Group). Ms. Brumbaugh founded Brumbaugh Wealth Management in 2004 after having worked in the industry for a Philadelphia firm since 1998. Ms. Brumbaugh has served on community boards for more than two decades, currently as a Trustee for Penn Medicine Chester County Hospital Foundation board, and is a past Chair of the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry and the Southeastern Pennsylvania Autism Resource Center “SPARC”. She supports her industry as a member of Lincoln Financial Group’s Business Intelligence Institute, Million Dollar Round Table-Top of the Table, and the Financial Planning Association. Ms. Brumbaugh attended Widener University for Business Administration and the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA where she earned her securities licenses and certifications in Financial Services.

Mr. Kerwin is the senior partner of Kerwin & Kerwin, LLP, a family law firm in Elizabethville, PA that has been serving clients in Central Pennsylvania since 1945. The focus of his firm is on real estate, estates and trusts, commercial and municipal law. During his legal career, Mr. Kerwin has served as solicitor for numerous townships, boroughs, and municipal authorities in Dauphin and Schuylkill Counties. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and former director and current member of the Dauphin County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all courts in Pennsylvania, the U.S. Middle District Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Kerwin is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, PA.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance (NEPA), Schuylkill Economic Development Corporation, Keystone Contractors Association, and the Minersville Area Community Improvement Organization. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Pottsville Area School District as Board President and is the President of the General Contractors Association of Pennsylvania. He has over 40 years of bank management experience with an emphasis on finance and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning. Prior to forming First Priority, Mr. Sparks was Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Millennium Bank, in Malvern, PA, which was sold in 2004. Mr. Sparks currently serves as Executive Vice Chairman and Director of Cumberland Advisors, a registered investment advisor headquartered in Sarasota, Florida. Mr. Sparks is a graduate of Furman University, Greenville, SC, and attended Harvard University’s Advanced Management Program (AMP).
