Mr. Livingston, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and Information Security Officer, joined Mid Penn Bank in 2009 and has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He previously served as a residential mortgage lender for Commerce Bank before joining Mid Penn Bank and focusing on information technology and security. In his current role, he is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of the company’s information technology and information security programs and has built and refined a stable and scalable infrastructure that supports the growth of the company. Mr. Livingston serves on the IT curriculum boards of Penn State University and Harrisburg University.
